US

We have a group 401k plan, offered through Vanguard/Ascensus (Plan ID: 229823.) All full-time US team members are eligible 3 months after their hire date. Both traditional and Roth contributions are available. We match 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your earnings and 50% of your contributions between 3% and 5%. Please note that this is a tiered match, meaning in order to get a full 4% match, you need to elect at least 5%. Matched contributions vest immediately at 100%. Let Catherine know if you’re planning to opt into this benefit, and she’ll get you started on enrolling at the Vanguard website. There are 30 different low-cost Vanguard Index funds in which to invest your contributions. There are no costs to participate as SkyVerge is covering the base participant fee. There may be other fees if you opt for certain 401k services (e.g. investing through the available brokerage window or taking a loan/early distribution). If you’d like to make any changes to your retirement contribution, you can do so via the Vanguard website. Navigate to My Account > Update Savings Rate and update accordingly. This will trigger an email to Catherine, who will reach out to confirm your contribution amount, and will then update TriNet, effective the date you submitted the new amount.

Canada

We have a group RRSP, offered through TriNet/Open Access. All full-time Canadian team members are eligible and you may start/stop contributions at any time. We match 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your earnings and 50% of your contributions between 3% and 5%. Please note that this is a tiered match, meaning in order to get a full 4% match, you need to elect at least 5%. Earnings are defined as salaries, other wages, bonuses, and commissions. Matched contributions vest immediately at 100%. You can enroll on the TriNet website.

All other countries

Our goal is to have parity with the US/Canadian plans. If you’re actively contributing to a retirement or pension plan in your country, talk with Catherine about what’s available for matching contributions.
