Both traditional and Roth contributions are available. We match 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your earnings and 50% of your contributions between 3% and 5%, so 4% effective. There are 30 different low-cost Vanguard Index funds in which to invest your contributions. There are no costs to participate as SkyVerge is covering the base participant fee. There may be other fees if you opt for certain 401k services (e.g. investing through the available brokerage window or taking a loan/early distribution).
